Dear Ron,

My husband and I can’t express how happy we are with our new home.  It is by far the nicest, most comfortable, well-built house we’ve ever owned.  I must say that anyone who enters our front door exclaims, “Wow this is gorgeous!  Look at the beautiful detail work. It’s so warm and inviting.”

It’s the second home we’ve built, but we’ve remodeled several others.  There was no comparison to who we worked with, their creative talents, responsiveness and eye for detail.  We’d use you again in a heartbeat, but will probably stay here forever!  The quality of workmanship and high quality of building standards are very evident throughout the house, garage and patio!

We lived 1000 miles away while you were building this house but always felt very comfortable that if you had a question you would call us.  If we couldn’t decide over the phone, you always gave your opinion and we have to agree, you were always correct!

The subcontractors you use are top notch.  They were clean, friendly, reliable, detail- oriented and hard workers.  Even our neighbors said they were neat and friendly!  No complaints from them.

We know we can still call you about anything and you’ll respond, as well as the subcontractors.

It’s very rare in today’s world that you are still speaking with your builder by the time all is finished.  Usually you just want them OUT OF YOUR HOUSE!  But with you, we’re still friends, still see each other and you can come over whenever you want!!!

Dear Ron,

Thank you so much for building our family a wonderful vacation home in Cascade.  As you know, we had to replace our original contractor because of shoddy workmanship and poor business practices.  I know it wasn’t easy coming into a project that we had already started.  We realized we were in over our heads and needed a contractor with the expertise to bring the project up to our quality standards in a timely manner, which you accomplished in a most professional way.  Our family and friends have been enjoying it for almost a year now, and we truly appreciate all the thought and time you put into making our cabin such a beautiful retreat.
